Responsibilities
1. Onboard new customers and provide training on product use2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
3. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
4. Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
5. Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services
Experience
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales roles is preferred.Qualification
