The Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by supporting customers throughout their journey with the company.

Responsibilities

1. Onboard new customers and provide training on product use
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
3. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
4. Monitor customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
5. Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales roles is preferred.

Qualification

2. Strong problem-solving abilities
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
4. Customer-oriented mindset
5. Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus

Education

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
