Responsibilities
Collaborate with recruiters to understand technical and non-technical requirements. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.

* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified and niche candidates.
* Develop talent pool for diversity candidates.
* Manage and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and sourcing best practices.
* Generate talent mapping reports as required.

Experience
5+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition required.
Qualification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical job requirements. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
